The large Breakfast Room includes a comfortably appointed lounging area with a colour TV with Freeview and a selection of books & games. Guests are welcome to bring snacks and take-aways into this area.
A drying area is provided for walkers and/or cyclists who have braved the elements and need somewhere to dry outdoor clothing and muddy boots.
Packed lunches can be pre-ordered.
Free Wi-fi access is available in all areas of the house.
Free car parking is available at the rear of the house. Space is limited so please park considerately.
Children are welcome and we can provide a travel cot and a high chair if required.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cannot be guaranteed without pre-payment or 50% deposit. Deposits are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to stay. Cancellations will be charged as follows:
Within 7 days of arrival: 50% of reservation value
Within 24 hours of arrival: 100% of reservation value
Excess cancellation charges payable on cancellation

All 3 first-floor rooms have en suite facilities. There are colour LED TVs with HD Freeview, tea & coffee making facilities and hair dryers provided in each room. Daily housekeeping is included in the room rate.
All rooms have free Wi-fi access.

Abbey is the family room with a double bed, and a double bed settee and an en suite shower room
